Our approach
Public pages use semantic headings, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, descriptive links, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens.
Keyboard use
Navigation, expandable questions, links, and calls to action are intended to work without a pointer. Focus indicators remain visible as you move through a page.
Images and text
Informative images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative imagery is ignored by assistive technology where appropriate. Illustrative photography is clearly identified.
Motion preferences
The site uses restrained CSS transitions and respects reduced-motion preferences. No essential information depends on animation.
Report a barrier
If you encounter a barrier, identify the page, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and the task you were trying to complete. Avoid including account credentials or private member information.
